I am having a similar issue. The application is unable to launch. I have java 8 update 60.
Have you ever heard of only having this error with a specific user? My login opens fine, but another user gets the unable to launch error.

CD Burner
Hello,
One of my sites is having a problem with the CD burner.
When clicking on the export images option and the CD Burner box opens. The burn DICOM box does not let you select a drive. I tried re- installing java. The drive is present on the computer section.
Please help.
