BTW the solution/workaround referenced in the above post of Feb 15, 2021, does appear to work, for users who are comfortable arranging that setup. That could be used for the time being. It also does appear that the ruffle.rs browser extension will be able to support the normal behavior of this chart...

Unfortunately no new information has arisen in the interval.

OnepacsDesktop 2.6.4 for macOS has been released.

This is a minor point update that offers users an option to toggle whether or not thumbnails disappear when the application is backgrounded, and fixes an issue with viewer window rearrangement.

Thanks for the note. We haven't seen that issue in our testing and it hasn't been reported by other users, but perhaps you have a particular case or situation where this happens. I'll reach out to you by private messaging for some screenshots and logs so we can take a look. Thanks.

If this "series size" limitation were the issue, it would have been in the screenshot that you had posted.

However, I think this issue may actually relate to a separate issue that was fixed in a recent update, so if you check now I think this issue will be resolved.

OnePacs Desktop for macOS, version 2.6.2 has been released

OnePacs is pleased to announce the release of OnePacs Desktop for macOS, version 2.6.2.

This update offers official support for Big Sur, and the new M1 Apple CPU chips.
