Re: two monitors
Hi drglider, It sounds like you're referring to the documentation for for viewing multiple tabs across monitors. If you just want to split your workstation across two monitors you just need to resize the application window by dragging the lower right corner, stretching it across both monitors. The i...

Re: Gateway interface on 8080 port
Hi Paulo, The easiest way would be to change the ports in Mirth via the Mirth Server Manager and offset the ports. See attached screenshot. Screen Shot 2016-12-15 at 9.12.54 AM.png Alternatively, would could configure the gateway to use the alternate ports configuration by modifying <OPG>\server\def...

Re: gateway password failed
Hi,
That would indicate that either:
1) You changed the gateway password or entered it incorrectly
or
2) Your database is not running. Check the PostgreSQL windows service and verify that it is running.

Justin

Re: new monitor issue
Hi,
What version of OnePacs Workstation are you running? If you're using the latest version, could you send debug logs to the "OnePacs Logs" user via OnePacs messaging?

Re: Website login - white screen
There do not appear to be any issues with that user account.
When you wrote "But I had a different user try logging in and it works!", do you mean you had another user log into their OnePacs account from the same PC?

Re: Java Uploader Failure
So you're trying to use a proxy server? What are your settings in the Java control panel (Control Panel -> Java -> General -> Network Settings)?
Thanks,
Justin
