Hi Justin.
I'll try the download via worklist instead of Study Retriever Query.
And how about the (assignedToUser = '$USER' or assignedToUser is null) needing to be present in the query?
Isn't it strange that when this is present, the number of studies is bigger then when it is not?
Best
Paulo

Study Retriever Filter
Hi I'm trying to configure Study Retriever to download all studies uploaded the last 5 days, including read and unread studies. I entered the query text below and the number of studies the Validate button returned is much smaller then the real number I was expecting. age(CreatedTime) < '5d' and (ass...

Changing the Gateway Path Installation
Hi
Is it possible to choose a different drive/folder when we are installing the gateway?
By default it installs on the Drive C:, right?
Thanks

Re: Study Retriever Mac x PC
Hi Damien
As a Mac user, I'm glad to hear you are working on this.
I tried this ifconfig tweak. The speed isn't as fast as the Windows version yet, but it's definitely better.
Thanks

Re: Study Retriever Mac x PC
Hi Jeremy
I updated both versions and this difference still continues.
Below you can see the same study being downloaded at the same computer at the same time.
I have already checked all the preferences and they are also the same.
Thanks

Study Retriever Mac x PC
Hi
Is there any difference about the download speed between the Mac vs PC Study Retriever versions?
When I download images from Mac Study Retriver the speed gets up to 150 KB/s.
When I'm using the same computer, but running Study Retriver via VMware, it uses all my bandwidth.
Thanks
Paulo

Lost Connection Uploading Dictation
Hi One of our radiologists is having trouble for uploading the dictation when using unstable Wi-Fi connections (something very common while travelling). When the connection fails during the upload, the message “Network is unreachable” appears and even when the connection is back, it’s not possible t...
