Re: Java Uploader Failure
I haven't seen this before in the uploader. Which web browser are you using? Do you see the same error when using a different browser? Also, did this functionality work for you previously? I mean, if it did work for you before, then maybe we can figure out what changed on your machine or network.......

Re: Study Retreiver Disappeared
Yes, but if it is the anti-virus that's deleting the executable, the AV software should be at least temporarily disabled during the installation. The c:\onepacs folder should also be excluded from scans too though - as that will avoid any further conflicts (such as scanning database or image files w...

Re: Study Retreiver Disappeared
It sounds like you have an anti-virus program that is either deleting, or placing under quarantine, the Study Retriever executable. Within your anti-virus configuration I recommend entering an exception for the c:\onepacs folder, excluding it from being scanned. After doing that, re-install the appl...

Re: Study Retriever for Mac - Viewer Type (XML)
Hi Paulo, In answer to your questions... 1) Local Osirix Viewer means that you are using the OsiriX viewer locally installed on the same computer as the Study Retriever. The OsiriX XML-RPC integration refers to a model where the Study Retriever is on a different machine from OsiriX and it should use...

Re: Study Retriever Mac x PC
We are aware of a performance issue when the study retriever is using the loopback interface on the Mac to communicate with Osirix. There is something being worked on to address this in an upcoming release, but there is something you can do on the computer to help out with the performance. Open a te...

Re: OnePACS Desktop 5.2.3 error message: "Error opening inst
I have found that there may be certain situations when the installer cannot write the log file and fails. If running the installer as Administrator does not work you can try manually creating the directory structure that it is expecting. This directory structure may be deleted upon successful instal...

Re: RemotEye
The certificates have now been updated on the server, so you shouldn't be having this problem any more. Feel free to remove the site security exception if you wish.

Re: RemotEye
Hi, We are aware of this problem, and are working to obtain updated security certificates. In the meantime, there are two workarounds both found under the Security tab of the Java Control Panel: 1) Create a site exception in the Java Control Panel for the URL http://jv.onepacs.com 2) Set the securit...

Re: OnePACS Desktop does not execute
Does this happen when launching the workstation directly from the Windows shortcut on the desktop, or when viewing a study from the worklist web page, or both?

Re: ATL Philips 5000 sending directly to the gateway
While I am not sure of the specifics of how to configure your Philips system, I will say that this is pretty standard and either your vendor or user manual should be able to give you the information. In a nutshell, you will want to add the Gateway as a DICOM destination to the Philips system. This i...
