Re: System slow
No, nothing at all has been changed on our end and there is no limiting of download speeds. Are you referring to several computers in the same facility or on separate internet service providers? Can you try updating to the latest version of OPW (the latest version available for download is 6.0.2.1 b...

Re: Search by User name
When you say "uploaded by a specific user", do you mean uploaded by a specific system user through the "upload" button on on the OnePacs worklist web page? Re: Tab workstation 5.3.9.2
This is a known bug that can affect the first study you open when you launch the workstation. For now just click on the tab to select the patient. Sorry for the extra mouse click. Will be fixed in next version.

Re: Image quailty
The most common cause of this behavior would be the DICOM data containing information regarding recommended window and level for particular images. The OnePacs workstation applies the recommended window and level to all images if there is a recommendation. Some other viewers do not. It's possible th...

Re: Google-like Text Search Engine
Yes the full report text search tool was nice... the reason we stopped providing it was because frankly very few people were using it and it took work to maintain. Is your group interested in using it? We could certainly bring it back if people wanted it. Maybe we didnt advertise its existence enoug...
