I don’t see that item. Only the 2500 series item. I have attached a photo. Where would I find item above?

I have also selected just a series at a time, and sometimes I can get a larger series to download and store, but generally one or two will fail or download but not store.

The VPNs are directly into the Hospital/outpatient clinics PACS systems, they do not have gateways.
