Merging Studies
We loaded a CD today and all the images came across as separate STUDIES (150 of them). I pushed all the studies to the Gateway, created a patient and moved all the separate studies into one patient...it looks like it is one study now. I deleted the uploaded images and pushed the new Study to the One...

Study Retreiver Disappeared
Recent the Study Retriever disappeared from my desktop. I tired reinstalling etc to no avail. I was able to use another computer that had the retriever on it but now it no longer has the retriever.....it literally just disappears. I have attached the error I am getting when I re-download and try and...

I am running the retriever on a different workstation. I have installed and uninstalled 6 times. I have run the repair 4 times. Any other ideas? I am at a loss.

I was able to resolve this issue upon third reboot of all the systems but now my study retriever does not work. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, troubleshooting, system restore to early date...everything I can think to try. I attached a photo of the error I am getting when I try to restar...

Exams hitting Gateway but not uploading to OnePACS
I can see images coming into the Gateway but they are not showing up online. I have tried manually pushing as well. Ideas?

Unable to add/save Dicom printer
Last Wednesday our Dicom printer setting disappeared and when we try and re-enter we get a "unable to save settings to server" error.

I was here until midnight with my IT personnel. Finally decided to go home because we could find nothing wrong with the speed or network. I came back in at 6:00 am and pulled up OnePACS and it worked fine. I have no idea what it was. Everything checked out on our network...random and super frustrati...

At the office it was averaging 53-64 mbps and at home averaging 65-77 mbps. I have run it multiple times during the day to see if there were any discrepancies.
