Yes looks like a native windows decompression codec probably crashed, we posted an update to the viewer today that may solve this, please try it and let us know if it happens again.

This was actually just a sample test case that was showing while we were updating the viewer to a new version. Seems like you caught things just as we were updating the viewer.

That error message means that your computer was for some reason unable to make a connection to the appropriate server to view the case. I am able to activate the viewer on my end without a problem. This is commonly a hospital firewall type issue. Where are you trying to view the case from? Are you b...

This is odd behavior. It's not supposed to do this. Can you get the logs from the gateway and message them to the "admin" account on OnePacs?

The logs are here:

C:/onepacs/gateway/server/default/log/server.log

Actually are you using Internet Explorer? I checked with our IT people and am told there is an issue with recent versions of IE that cause this type of issue. Firefox is the recommended browser for using OnePacs. This issue won't occur with firefox. In general Firefox is always the best choice, it's...

The server is always up... this must relate to connectivity issues somewhere between you and the server. When you say "multiple locations", what types of locations are you referring to? How long do you receive this message for?
