Hi,
Plain text reporting is now the default option in OnePacs. You can change this in your user preferences (options -> user preferences -> reporting -> uncheck "Plain text reporting").

Re: Ipad/Iphone viewer unusable
Hi, We have determined this to be a bug in iOS 9. There have been no recent changes in the OnePacs simple web viewer and this issue does not appear to be present in previous versions of iOS or other platforms/browsers. It is unclear whether this will be fixed by Apple in a subsequent release. OnePac...

Hi Paulo,
If the file downloaded with a "dmg" extension you may need to rename as a "pkg". Otherwise just re-download the file and it should work.

Justin

Hi Paulo,
As you noticed, advanced expressions do not currently support UTF-8 characters. However, you can use the discrete search fields on the worklist with UTF-8 characters.

Justin

Re: E-mails not sent
Often times it's the technologist unchecking the default destinations during the confirmation process which results in reports not getting sent to the expected destination. As Jeremy suggested, you would be able to see this in the audit history.
Thanks,
Justin

Hi Samuel,
You don't necessarily have to upgrade to Yosemite. The current version of the OnePacs Study Retriever for Mac OS X supports versions 10.7 (Lion) and up.
