And what specifically was the result of your speed test? Your download speed is the primary factor in how fast the java viewer loads a study.

How is the speed when you download a study manually (right-click -> Download -> Download DICOM data)?

I tried viewing a couple large CR studies from your site (~75MB) and they completely downloaded in approximately 8 seconds - essentially maxing out my download bandwidth. Have you run a network speed test (e.g. http://speedof.me )?

The Java web viewer loads several times more data and does it all up front whereas the simple web viewer downloads only small 8-bit JPEGs, largely on demand. It's not really even comparable. There are no known issues at the time and the system metrics show that all OnePacs clusters are performing normally.

In that case, you shouldn't have to worry. PHI is "Protected Health Information" as defined by HIPAA in the US but the definitions vary in other countries and may not apply to veterinary data.
