Do you have a firewall active? Sometimes security software can block communication between the onepacs worklist webpage and the study downloader and workstation software on the computer. You might try temporarily disabling such software and seeing if things work OK that way, then if it turns out to ...

The gateway is compatible with windows 8. I actually just did a fresh install and tested and everything is working fine, studies coming over to the worklist without a problem. Mario, There are a few ways to do this. One, you could export the reports along with other study data by going to the Data Search/Export menu, and selecting "Export data to spreadsheet" option. Do you see "Export data to spreadsheet"? That's really the option you want as it will export all the actual raw data to a spreadsheet (.csv file) and you can analyze/manipulate as you wish. The "charts" function will generate some real-time eye candy for you but for in-depth analysis I would recomme...

Can I confirm you are running the installer from an administrator account? Also can you tell me the version # of the installer and what service pack you have installed for XP? Thanks.
