Do you have a firewall active? Sometimes security software can block communication between the onepacs worklist webpage and the study downloader and workstation software on the computer. The gateway is compatible with windows 8. I actually just did a fresh install and tested and everything is working fine, studies coming over to the worklist without a problem. Do you see "Export data to spreadsheet"? That's really the option you want as it will export all the actual raw data to a spreadsheet (.csv file) and you can analyze/manipulate as you wish. Can I confirm you are running the installer from an administrator account? Also can you tell me the version # of the installer and what service pack you have installed for XP? Thanks.
