the onepacs viewer search option for "all"dates is no longer there. only up to 180 days and custom. we usedthis all the time to look for old cases. can this be reinstated?? thanks

This started yesterday. The pdfs scanned by the staff show multiple pages when opened in adobe reader, but in the onepacs image viewer, only the first page displays. when I resend to dicom, they show up. This is happening to two different sites.

is it possible to synch the comparison studies with each other?

one of my covering rads gets errors in trying to install. It partially installed, but after restarting it failed. He initially installed with anti virus and firewall turned on. Is there a way to uninstall everything and start from scratch??

actually, if I unpin the thumbnail bar, and then re-open it, the prior studies are there... but this never happened before

I just switched to a new reading computer, and successfully loaded the workstation.... but old studies will no longer link... unless I exit and restart the workstation. I loaded an outside brain, cspine and tspine study, for which the doctor wants a second opinion report. The outside facility's DICOM info was all joined together. Is there a way on OnePacs to "split" the study so I can generate 3 unique reports, rather than addendums?

Is it possible for the typed report from old studies already done on OnePacs be displayed on the workstation....
