Re: Gateway issues
Hello 1. The OnePacs Gateway will not re transmit studies that it has already received. You can resend an existing study using the following instructions https://onepacshelp.com/display/T5/Manually+pushing+or+resending+studies+from+the+OnePacs+Gateway 2. Suspect that the connection is timing out. Yo...

Re: Mapping Dicom for report Templates
Hello -
You can try the tag token $(0008,1050) to put Performing Physician on a report template. There is no selection for the token, you have to type the DICOM tag for it.

Re: Dictation window not opening from Report Icon
Hello - Thank you for reporting this problem. We will investigate a fix for this. In the mean time, a possible workaround is to set the "Report Icon" field to "Open report window and view case" in user preferences and use that icon (rightmost icon) on the worklist to open the case for reporting in y...

Re: Merging Two Studies
Hello - That is certainly one option. A study is defined by study UID (0020,000D). DICOM instances will be split into multiple studies based on different values for that tag. The Gateway could also potentially have been used. Similar to your previous question ( http://www.onepacsforums.com/phpbb/vie...

Re: Mozilla Firefox and OP Workstation/Study Retriever
Hello - It sounds like the study retriever is working as expected now, but that the workstation isn't able to load images. Is this problem in both Firefox and IE? Without more information, it is difficult to say what the problem might be. You may want to try to either restart the computer or to try ...
