Error 1067 is displayed when a windows service cannot start. Please check that there is no other application that is running on the the default port (44104) of the workstation. Hilario -

This occurred because HTML tables by default will show text aligned vertically in the center of a table cell. I changed the report template to align the text vertically at the top of the cell and thus wrapped lines should no longer appear to be three separate lines.
