Re: Mozilla Firefox and OP Workstation/Study Retriever
Hi Hayley - We would need more information. What version of the Workstation and study retriever? What version of Firefox? What antivirus is installed? Does the user have any add-ons in Firefox? Are the studies actually downloading to the study retriever (you could see this in the download manager of...

Re: Closing a facility
Studies are stored on the Gateway according to the retention and age policy configured on the Gateway. (by default in C:\onepacs\gateway\server\default\archive) For more information see https://onepacshelp.com/display/T5/Use+of+the+Gateway+PC+as+a+DICOM+archive. Moving the Gateway will note change y...

Re: Extract Reports on CSV
Please try to open the document using the UTF-8 character set. Open office appears to be easier to accomplish this than Microsoft Office. Open open office calc spreadsheet application and click File -> open. Find the CSV file to open. Under character set, select UTF-8. (Select separated by the comma...

Re: Study Type Automatic Match
Hello - OnePacs collects keywords from parts of the DICOM header for the study (ex. study description, modality, patient history, body part) and then matches those with the study type description, modality, and the additional matching keywords configured in the study type. You can place your mouse o...

Re: Add a non-DICOM Study Record
Hello -
It appears to have something to do with the format of those PDFs in particular. One potentially workaround is to open the PDF, print it to a PDF printer and then attach the copy.

Hello - Users that can manage other users may see when the last logged in time on the users grid by using the Admin -> Users menu. Re: Failed Dicom Transfer from US to Gateway
Hello - I would attempt the following. 1. Verify that the Gateway can connect to the cloud and has Internet access. Log into the OnePacs Gateway. Click on "AE Management" Click on the question mark (?) associated with the ONEPACS AE title to verify that the Gateway can connect to the cloud. 2. Resta...

Re: Failed Dicom Transfer from US to Gateway
Also, please clarify what is meant by "Gateway pings OK" If by that you mean that the modality is able to C-ECHO the OnePacs Gatweway then the IP address is probably fine. However, if you mean that the Gateway is able to ping the central cloud then the above IP address should be checked.

Re: Failed Dicom Transfer from US to Gateway
Hello - No, there is no current OnePacs service problem. The upgrade to the web is unrelated to the Gateway. Generally a DICOM connection form a modality needs 3 pieces of information. Port, Host/IP address and called AE Title. You stated that you verified the port and AE Title. I would also verify ...
