Re: UID extracted in reports
Hello, it is not currently possible to export study UID in the data export report, but we will consider the suggestion for a future release. You can view the UID for a study by right clicking on a study on the worklist and then selecting "Tools" and then "View DICOM Header" and searching for the tag...

Re: Splitting a Study in Two
Hello - I should also mention that you can potentially create a new patient, study, and split a series to the new study on the Gateway. The top toolbar on the gateway worklist has a create new patient icon and a move selected entities icon. The row for the patient would have a create study icon. You...

Re: Splitting a Study in Two
Hello - Currently a user may not split a study on the web. Accession number (tag (0008,0050)), however, does not determine study uniqueness in DICOM. Rather, study UID (tag (0020,000D)) must be unique per study. Potentially one could coerce the study instance UID on the necessary series using a sepa...

Re: Dicom send from Ultrasound machine
Hello - If you have already uninstalled an reinstalled the Gateway, I would double check that a firewall or antivirus application isn't blocking the traffic to a specific port or blocking the flagging the application. Ping (ICMP) might be configured to be allowed, but other TCP/IP traffic to a speci...

Re: Report Template
Hello. My suggestions are as followings: 1. I would first recommend changing the report templates to have minimally vertical wasted space. I see some of your templates have a table row that contains no data, several line breaks that may be unnecessary. You can try to decrease the size of the header ...

Re: Referring physician access
Hello - I would recommend creating a facility user account for each referring physician with something similar to the clinician permission set to start that is only granted view facility access. If they have someone that can manage their accounts for them, you could first create a facility user mana...

Re: Report Template
Hello - If you are viewing or printing your reports from online then you may try to set an div tag to have a style with a min-height attribute. 1. Go to edit the report template. Admin -> Report Template 2. Click on "Tools" -> Source code 3. Consider where to add a min-height attribute and how much ...

Re: Upgrade to 5.2.6
Hello - If a system restore fails it is quite possible that there are problems with the OS in general. Windows typically saves the MSI cabinets for installers in %windir%\installer\ but it renames them. You can narrow down the search once in the directory by using a search similar to "authors: onepa...
