Workstation v16 problem

Workstation v16 problem

Hi, I have a problem whit workstation last version. I add new server, I search study then in Send/Recive, download well but I can't open viewer, don't show error and does nothing. Images are never opened. Can somebody help me?
(my SO is Windows 10) Thanks!
