Unable to send a study from OnePACS to Merge PACS.

Getting following error on OnePACS: DicomSendFail: DicomSendCstoreRequest Send Fail[Error Code:110()]

Getting following error on Merge PACS: 11/09/2012 10:01:57.528|G2N57Y.YK4.GOC|ARCHIVE@clarc01|Core|48|Exception while storing temp file for object SopInstanceUID 1.2.410.200013.1.310.1.201211091001130003|imageon.dicom.transfersyntax.Par
seException: Tag (7fe0, 0010): OW Data Element has an unknown length

Please help how to resolve the issue on OnePACS. Greatly appreciate your help!

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you sending from the OnePacs Workstaiton? Study Retriever? Java viewer?

Was the study downloaded from the OnePacs central server or just imported locally?
