There is now a new privilege, it's called "Send/receive messages to/from general users".
If a user does not have this privilege, they will be able to send/receive email to/from only Administrators.
If they have this privilege, they will be able to send/receive email to/from any other user of the system.
I think this solves your issue - let us know anything else we can do to make Onepacs work better for you.
