I Can't open "Enter report"

I Can't open "Enter report"

When I try to enter a new report or modify a previous one, the window can't be opened.

Typically this problem is caused by the Internet browser not allowing pop ups windows. In Firefox these settings are located under Tools -> options -> content (tab) -> pop up windows (exceptions) . In Internet Explorer the popup blocker settings are located at Tools -> options -> privacy tab -> pop up blocker (settings). Add the OnePacs host name to the list of exceptions.
