Trace gateway activity

Post by hilario » Wed May 13, 2009 11:58 am

Hello Justin, I would like to undestand more about the LOG system on the Gateway (which I think is the only tools we can use to debug problems on the system).
I know there are some log files (I can see always 10) but I don't know their use
Is there anyway to monitor the log files as in UNIX with command tail -f to be checking what happend with the system?
This will be very helpfull basically when you are testing connection to a new facility.
Thanks

Hilario,

I use a free product called baretail for monitoring Gateway logs:

Thanks,
