Problem Gateway "hanging"

Historical record of a forum that was for discussion of the setup, configuration, and use of OnePacs for research and educational purposes (non-clinical use).

Please direct any support inquiries through the standard OnePacs ticketing and support system.

The "Announcements" forum will continue to be active and contain announcements related to the OnePacs system.

Hilario,

We havent seen any logs come in to the "admin" user account.

If you can send us the logs we'll take a look.

I probably forget to send it.
Anyway, for the moment, since we stopped the Workstation Service no problem appear.
We will continue like this and try to confirm if the problem rise again when we will start this service.

I will recontact you on this issue if needed.

Hilario,

Your logs indicate that the study you are trying to send already exists in the gateway. If you've already sent the study the gateway will not re-send it.

Your log only spanned 15 minutes so I'm not sure if it's sufficient to diagnose your problem.

There are no known incompatibilities between the gateway and the workstation.
