Nuclear Medicine

Post by shadowdoc86 » Mon Jun 01, 2009 1:47 pm

We are having difficulties sending our nuclear medicine studies to one pacs. We get a storage failure message. We currently have an old Picker Orbiter(single head) and a Seimens Precision Axis(dual head). Can this be because they are old DICOM and may not be the new DICOM 2 standard. Is there anything we can do to get these images to work with Onepacs?

Hi,

Could you send a sample image to jfalk@onepacs.com so I can investigate?

Thanks,

Justin

How do I send a study to your e-mail? Can I have the tech send another case to Onepacs? It seems to go to the gateway and out. But, the workstation doesn't seem to be able to store it.

Hi,

If the study has successfully stored to the central server please just send me information to identify a problematic study and I will download it.

Thanks,

Justin

I'll have to have them send one in the morning. I guess our tech went home sick and there are no other cases to be done. All the computers are logged off. I don't have the passwords. So, I will let you know in the morning about the cases. Thanks!

Justin,

Somehow, the study we tried to send went through this morning. I will continue to monitor this and see if it fails again.

Thanks,

Steve
