Study Retriever 6.0.3.2 Image not recognized

Hi

I tried to update the Study Retriever, but when I try to open the .dmg install file, I get the message:

Disk image could not be open.
Reason: image not recognized.

I'm using OS X El Capitan 10.11.1
I tried to download the file again and also tried another machine, running the same OS version and got the same message.

Can this be related to El Capitan or the file is corrupted?

Hi Paulo,

If the file downloaded with a "dmg" extension you may need to rename as a "pkg". Otherwise just re-download the file and it should work.
