new monitor issue

new monitor issue

I hooked up a new monitor to my system (28 icnh ASUS), which works fine. However, when I double click a single image on the OnePacs workstation, hoping to enlarge it to a single panel...
I get an error message... unhandled exception. Value must be greater than zero. Parameter name: columns.

I then have to either exit/quit or continue without change

This does NOT happen with other monitors. Any thoughts?

Hi,

What version of OnePacs Workstation are you running? If you're using the latest version, could you send debug logs to the "OnePacs Logs" user via OnePacs messaging?
