Small fonts in the reports

Hello,

I have a doctor that has a very small font in their reports ( like size 6). But, he is using the same report template that the other physician use. We have not been able to replicate the issue in our system and the client are very angry. Did anyone find this issue in the past?

Please I need your help.

This may occur if a radiologist selects and overrides the font size in the report editor.
