Change UIDs

Hello,

I have a facility that needs to change some UIDs because there are some studies all with the same UID. Can you please tell me names of some software that can do it.

First, please note that you can be in touch with OnePacs support if you want to designate a facility as requiring re-generation of UIDs. It is possible for OnePacs support to configure a facility such that any study sent to the facility in OnePacs will automatically have UIDs re-generated. This may be desirable going forward if you expect more changes in UIDs.

For just a few cases and a one-time thing, you could try a package such as DicomCleaner by David Clunie (the "replace all UIDs option")

Havent used that tool for this purpose specifically but in general seems a decent tool and should work for this purpose.
