Downloading from OnePacs to Gateway to push to Mammo review station

Post by mindi2210 » Thu Jul 23, 2020 9:14 am

Many times when we try to download exams to the Gateway to send to our Mammo Review Station for comparison the Tomo images will not download. Is it that they are too large?

Hi Mindi,

Could you please elaborate on what you mean by "download exams to the gateway"? Are you using the OnePacs Study Retriever? Or are you trying to store/retrieve via DICOM?

Regards,

Justin

We are downloading cases from the OnePACS cloud through the study retriever which sends to the gateway. We use our Gateway to send and receive images from all the major hospitals in the city as well as to push comparison images to our mammo review station, the Bellus. About 30% of the time the prior tomo mammography cases will not download to the gateway. The standard 2d will but sometime s the 3d will not. Today I have two that downloaded 1 tomo series but not the other three. some days all series will download. I did check that the gateway has plenty of memory.

Are you using the most recent version of the Study Retriever? Could you upload your debug logs?
