If the issue is that the studies are too large in terms of disk space (megabytes), the item to delete would be this one:

Code: Select all

and seriesSize < '500000000'
The item you listed regarding "number of series related instances" excludes series which contain more than 2,500 images/instances.

I don’t see that item. Only the 2500 series item. I have attached a photo. Where would I find item above?

This issue is creating a major problem for our workflow. Any updates would be appreciated. I can't find message in the attachment. Where would it be?

If this "series size" limitation were the issue, it would have been in the screenshot that you had posted.

However, I think this issue may actually relate to a separate issue that was fixed in a recent update, so if you check now I think this issue will be resolved.
