REPORT Problem

Historical record of a forum that was for discussion of the setup, configuration, and use of OnePacs for research and educational purposes (non-clinical use).

Please direct any support inquiries through the standard OnePacs ticketing and support system.

The "Announcements" forum will continue to be active and contain announcements related to the OnePacs system.

REPORT Problem

When I want to download a report I click on the icon and "Report Windows" Open Correctly.
But if I clik on the PDF or RTF icon I get an error and I get an empty file.
You can see the error got if I export to PDF.

Hilario,

When we upgraded to version 8.0 we removed the /onepacs context from the web application. So urls like https://web.onepacs.com:8443/onepacs/... became https://web.onepacs.com:8443/...

We updated all the templates in the system to reflect this. However, you had some hard coded links in your user signatures (this is a fairly unique configuration) that we mistakenly omitted. As a result, the pdf generation failed on these images. We have updated these so your pdfs should now export correctly.
