Release Notes - OnePacs version 10.12.5

Post by onepacs » Tue Oct 25, 2016 10:09 pm

OnePacs is pleased to announce the upcoming release of version 10.12.5 of the web application! This release contains new features, enhancements to existing features, and other improvements. This version will be rolled out the week of October 24th and will happen automatically. The release notes for OnePacs 10.12.5 are detailed below.

Two-Factor Authentication
OnePacs has added an additional layer of security that may be enabled on any user account. When enabled, two-factor authentication requires that a user enter a 6-digit passcode generated from a registered device in addition to user name and password when logging into the web application. Users can set up two-factor authentication in Options -> User Preferences.
  • Two-factor authentication can be required by security policy. If this option is enabled, users will be required to register a device and provide a one-time passcode on their next login.
  • User managers are provided new tools to suspend or reset two-factor device credentials.
  • If two-factor authentication is not mandatory, the user may manually suspend two-factor authentication for a brief period of time.
Configuration Change History Audit
  • It is now possible to view configuration changes made to a specific user or facility.
  • It's also possible to view all configuration changes made by a particular user.
  • A new permission was added to control access to this feature.
Worklist
  • A calculated turnaround time column was added.
  • A time-to-target column was added to the worklist. This column will display the time remaining until the target (or warning) time.
Auto-assignment
  • Radiologists may be given a separate max queue size value for stat cases (ie a limit on the number of stat cases they can be assigned).
Other
  • Incoming document filtering was improved to allow keyword filtering and hiding empty folders.
  • Additional data is available in the interfaces dashboard when viewing an incoming order or report message.
  • Logging in with an unsupported browser will result in a warning message. This applies to older version of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 9 and lower.
  • Users using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or below are no longer able to open the report editing window.
