Release of OnePacs version 16.18

OnePacs version 16.18 has been released
The OnePacs servers have been updated to version 16.18.
The primary user-facing new feature of this release is a set of improved navigation tools for users who have numerous more worklist tabs and folders than will fit in the browser window at one time.
Additionally, other minor improvements have been made such as allowing hyperlinks in radiologist reporting notes, improvements to assignment count data for groups that receive analytics data regarding case assignment loads, removal of HTML tags from report addenda in data exports, and other miscellaneous minor enhancements.
