We’re excited to announce the latest OnePACS update will be available on Tuesday, January 28, 2026 and introduces important new functionality along with a transition for Mac users.

Important Notice for Mac Users
OnePACS Desktop Mac Viewer will no longer be supported after July 1, 2026.
Recent macOS changes have impacted compatibility with the current desktop viewer. To ensure long-term stability, OnePACS is moving to a new integrated workflow with OsiriX and Aycan, two best-in-class macOS viewers.

New: Linking Studies
Radiologists and staff can now link multiple studies for the same patient, order, and facility into a single workflow for interpretation and reporting. This feature supports better documentation, streamlined billing, and improved clinical accuracy.

SAML Certificate Rotation Support
OnePACS administrators can now rotate SAML signing certificates with minimal disruption. Admins can select which certificate version (current or deprecated) is active for each Identity Provider (IdP), allowing for seamless updates during transitions.
