Hello,

We have been experiencing a very slow connection to Onepacs server. We have already tried many different computers connected at high speed connections (dedicated 100mbps) and study retriever has been downloading regular studies in 60 minutes when same studies should be downloaded in 3-4 minutes max.

Have you changed the download bandwidth configuration in the system?

No, nothing at all has been changed on our end and there is no limiting of download speeds. Are you referring to several computers in the same facility or on separate internet service providers?
Can you try updating to the latest version of OPW (the latest version available for download is 6.0.2.1 but it is not prompting users on 5.3 to update to that yet).
