Merging Studies

We loaded a CD today and all the images came across as separate STUDIES (150 of them). I pushed all the studies to the Gateway, created a patient and moved all the separate studies into one patient...it looks like it is one study now. I deleted the uploaded images and pushed the new Study to the OnePACS but they still came across as separate studies.....100's of 1 images exams. Anyway to fix this?
