Study Retreiver

One PACS study retriever stopped working. Tried all the troubleshooting I could think of so I reinstalled One PACS Workstation and Study Retriever. Only Workstation will install. Study retriever does not install. Any ideas? The port is open, our virus definitions have been updated. I really need to be able to use the Retriever ASAP.

When you say the retriever "does not install" can you clarify, is there a specific error message you are getting?

If you could kindly let us know what happens when you do try to install it, would be helpful.

Also can you clarify what version of OnePacs Desktop (Workstation + Study retriever) you are trying to install. I assume this is Windows. The latest version available is 6.2.1.1.
