Release Notes - OnePacs version 10.9

OnePacs is pleased to announce the upcoming release of version 10.9 of the web application! This release contains new features, enhancements to existing features, performance improvements, and minor bug fixes. This version will be rolled out in early September and will happen automatically. The release notes for OnePacs 10.9 are detailed below.

Study Fees
  • Facility and radiologist study fees may now be designated separately by read type, priority, and study type.
  • The ability to copy facility fees from facility to facility or from radiologist to radiologist was added. Numerical adjustments can be made in the course of copying.
  • The ability to copy fees from one read type / priority to another was added.
Auto-Assignment
  • Auto-assignment rules may now be associated with a time schedule. Similarly, radiologist user accounts may be associated with a work schedule defining specific hours during which they may be assigned cases via auto-assignment rules. Schedules are optional and may be shared.
  • Auto-assignment queue management features were added.
  • Miscellaneous enhancements
Reports
  • Report templates may now optionally include headers and/or footers on reports distributed via PDF, RTF, and fax.
  • New report tokens have been added to enhance customization of report and/or addendum display.
Worklist / Workflow
  • Worklist searching has been enhanced with the addition of new time-based filters.
  • When a study is confirmed for re-interpretation, and the facility is configured with a turn-around-time deadline, the deadline time for the study is set to the current time (i.e. time-to-read is 0 minutes).
  • The multi-selection menu (the “manage” menu at the bottom of the worklist) now shows the total number of selections.
  • The "transcription review" workflow has been renamed to "proofreading workflow". The button on the report edit window formerly titled "Review" is now labeled "To Proofread."
Other features and enhancements
  • New peer review designation algorithms have been added.
  • To improve security and ensure future compatibility, OnePacs has upgraded all web and code signing certificates to use a SHA-2 cryptographic hash function.
  • Additional options have been added to the data export feature and the default selections have been updated to reflect more common use cases.
  • A new data export field of “Results Reporting turn-around-time” was added.
  • Numerous other tweaks and performance improvements.
