Release Notes - OnePacs version 14.6

OnePacs is pleased to announce the upcoming release of version 14.6 of the web application! This us a minor release that will be rolled out beginning July 30th and will happen automatically. The release notes for OnePacs 14.6 are detailed below.
- The ability to deactivate a study type was added.
- The ability to deactivate a peer review code was added.
- Other minor performance and stability enhancements.
