Upcoming OnePACS Release - Scheduled for January 7th

Updates and Enhancements
This release introduces the following changes to OnePACS.

WebViewer Version 8: Updated Features & Tools
New tools and functions are available in OnePACS Web Viewer. For more information, refer to Web Viewer Tools.

Active Mouse Tool Indicator
When the user selects a mouse tool, the icon of the selected tool replaces the standard cursor arrow for the duration of the tool's use.

Spine Label Tool
The Spine tool enables users to identify and label spine levels or segments with a predefined context menu.

Cobb Angle Tool
The Cobb Angle tool enables the user to draw lines and instantly calculate the Cobb angles where the lines intersect.

2D Multiplanar Reconstruction Tool
The 2D MPR tool reformats tomographic image stacks into different planes, such as axial, coronal, and sagittal.

Create and Display DICOM Key Image Objects
The Save KO tool displays key images from DICOM Key Object (KO) series that are shown with a thumbnail and key indicator in the series panel.

Hanging Protocol Enhancements
Additional Hanging Protocol attributes have been added to the Rules Editor drop-down menu to enable more advanced Hanging Protocols. Users can now select from the following attributes:

Study Type
SOP Class UIDs in Study
Prior Study Number
Related Study Number
Modality
Modalities in Study
Body Part Examined
Study Instance UID
Study Description
Study Date
Study Age
Absolute Study Age
Patient ID


Multi-Monitor Support
Users with the Manage windows across all your displays permission can use multiple monitors and span the OnePacs Web Viewer workspace across them.

Important Note: This feature is available only on the Google Chrome browser.
