Here's what to expect from the 04/01/2026 release of OnePACS.
New Knowledge Base for OnePACS Documentation
Beginning April 8, OnePACS documentation is moving to a new login-based knowledge base. To access product and feature documentation, log into help.onepacs.com with your existing credentials and select Knowledge Base. To access release notes, click Release Notes. In addition to traditional search functionality, the updated knowledge base offers a generative search option: Simply enter a question into the Search bar to receive an answer with source documents to dive deeper.
All content from the current public site has been migrated to ensure uninterrupted access to existing resources. Please Contact OnePACS Support with any questions.

Updates for OnePACS Administrators
Updates and Enhancements
This release introduces the following feature updates and enhancements for OnePACS administrators.
Worklist Notifications: Permissions Update
OnePACS engineering has updated facility permission handling to support more efficient configuration of worklist notifications. Users in administrator, limited administrator, and super admin roles with the Receive case notifications permission no longer require a separate View permission for each facility from which they wish to receive case notifications.

Updates and Enhancements
This release introduces the following feature updates and enhancements for teleradiology staff.
OnePACS Worklist: Study Tags Update
This release enhances the process for tagging studies from the OnePACS worklist. Users wishing to tag a study from the worklist click the three vertical dots icon in the Study Tags column of the study row. The context menu now displays an alphabetized list of selectable Study Tags. The user clicks the checkbox beside each tag to apply to the target study and deselects the checkbox for any unwanted tag.
Users can also now manage multiple tags by selecting a study from the OnePACS worklist and clicking the Manage button, then selecting Manage Tags. The Add and remove multiple tags window displays. The user clicks the checkbox beside each tag to apply to the target study and deselects the checkbox for any unwanted tag, then clicks Save Changes.

Fixes and Improvements
OnePACS Workstation: Free Rotate Tool Disabled by Default
Because the Free Rotate tool can cause slow or choppy image scrolling for some users, this feature is now disabled by default in the OnePACS Workstation configuration. Users wishing to enable the Free Rotate tool can do so by navigating to View Configuration and selecting the Enable free rotate tool checkbox.
